EMPLOYERS’ REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS OFFERED IN JOB ADVERTISEMENTS IN THE FIELD OF INTERNAL SECURITY

The aim of this article is to highlight the importance of employers' expectations and benefits for employees in terms of positions in the field of internal security in year 2023. The analysis covered the job advertisements placed on the OLX website and the requirements/obligations set by the employing entities as well as the conditions they offer. Particular attention was paid to the recruitment process and its types (internal, external). The analysis showed that employers' requirements are evolving, encompassing both technical skills and interpersonal competences.
